The responsibility for the product information, quality, performance, and warranties rests solely with the respective merchants. - Sourcing Services Disclaimer
vFulfill offers sourcing services for its merchants. However, the company does not own or sell the products. Any agreements for sourcing services are subject to the approval of the merchant. vFulfill bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the items sourced. - Fulfillment Services Disclaimer
vFulfill provides fulfillment services to its merchants. However, vFulfill is not involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers and assumes no liability related to the fulfillment of orders. - Logistics Services Disclaimer
vFulfill operates as a logistics service provider. While every effort is made to ensure timely and safe delivery, vFulfill disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or delays during shipment. - Billing ID and Payment Processing Disclaimer
Merchants based out of India or those not registered as a business with GST in India may opt for the use of vFulfill’s Billing ID. In these instances, vFulfill serves only as a facilitator and is not responsible for any disputes arising out of transactions. - User Content Disclaimer
vFulfill is not responsible for any content provided by users on its platform. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all user content. - Third-Party Websites and Services Disclaimer
vFulfill may provide links to other websites or services. However, we are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources. - Limitation of Liability
vFulfill, its directors, employees, agents, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. - Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless vFulfill and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the services provided by vFulfill.
