By accessing our app panel, you can view our catalog & request to source. Our sourcing specialist will respond to you within 24 hours.
There is no requirement of signing any legal documents. You will only need to agree to our TnCs and fill your KYC to meet the compliances. You can also choose to close your account anytime, after clearing dues, if any, and also choose to request deletion of all of your data. We are GDPR compliant as well, in that aspect.
Delivery %age on:
- prepaid orders varies from 95 to 99%.
- COD orders varies from 45 to 90%

- perceived value of the product vs your selling price
- positioning of your store (we recommend you set up a good theme on your store & make it look like a branded store)
- how strategically you’re calling your customers for orders confirmation or to manage delivery attempts

Needless to mention, we help you optimize everything, because of which avg. delivery percentage on COD orders at vFulfill stand at a minimum of 60% in the most cases.

Yes, you can use vFulfill, even if you are not a registered business in India. vFulfill has unique partnerships to manage taxation on your behalf and can give out payouts to you in your home country after deducting the taxes, as per compliance.
Product Discovery & Sourcing
Yes. vFulfill provides you a built-in product research tool through which you can shortlist the product you want to sell. We will stock the products for you as per your requirement.
In cases of ready stock, the timelines are :
- Sourced from India : 1-6 days
- China to India (Air) : 10-15 days
- China to India (Sea) : 40-50 days
Live tracking of your sourcing requests are also provided to you.
You can raise requests with vFulfill for exchange or refund within 4 days of delivery with proper images and videos. After evaluation, the refund or replacement will be processed.
Yes – we do. After you have signed up with vFulfill, you can access our “Inner Circle Products” section wherein we update new products every week. We also share product of the day emailers to help you identify right products in multiple categories.
Fulfillment & Shipping
After signing up with vFulfill, you can access the product page wherein you will find a shipping table stating all the charges as per delivery zone and weight of the product.
Yes, we have an option to integrate with our built-in call center service to confirm the COD orders.
Post dispatch, it takes us about 2-4 days to make the first attempt of the delivery, depending on the location of the end customer.
vFulfill delivers to the most location in India, and categorizes these locations as serviceable pin codes. The same is shared with you which you can upload in your ads platform to target the relevant locations.
You don’t have to get into the hassle of it. vFulfill’s AI based system auto selects the best courier partner for you and ensures you get maximum delivery percentage.
Returns (RTOs) & COD Collection
The orders that are RTOd, i.e. are not delivered – are added back to your inventory so that you can use them to ship your next orders.
If the product is lost under transit, refunds against the charged price for the product will be provided.
vFulfill, on a successful delivery, adds that money to your wallet within vFulfill’s account twice every week. You can choose to withdraw that money in your bank account in any country you live in.
Taxes & Compliances
For any product you sell in India, you pay a GST %age to the government as taxes. This percentage is a function of your product type.
Similarly, you pay GST tax on services which is at flat 18%.
However, if you are GST registered in India / have expenses in India, you can set off this output tax with the input tax you paid with your expenses and pay the net amount.
If you are not a GST registered party in India, vFulfill works in a way where it doesn’t charge you any taxes and remits you payments on COD after GST deduction.
No, its not required. We have partnerships to help you to start working on their GSTs as a marketing partner at a small convenience fees.
Yes, all the invoices will be sent out to your email by 15th of every month.
